Briefly
Since I moved to Exmoor twenty years ago I have developed a reputation as one of the artists best able to portray the Moor in its variety of moods, seasonal colours and subtle light. My work has been commissioned worldwide for private and corporate collections including Shell Oil, Marks and Spencer, National Westminster Bank, Orient Express and Intercontinental and Hilton Hotels. I am also a regular exhibitor and prize winner in major shows in the UK as well as in Europe, Japan and America.
Before Exmoor
I began my formal training at the Woolwich School of Art and with the River Thames on my doorstep this allowed me to develop my passion for art with a subject alive with activity. Much water has passed under the bridge since then, and my skills have grown ever since culminating in my move to Exmoor where the beauty and atmosphere of this part of the world transfixed me.
