Although this package is very low cost you still get a professional designed website, with no compromise on quality. I will design THREE pages main pages that fit in with your business profile and it will be designed for future expansion in mind should you wish to upgrade.

The first page is the home page and this will contain details about your business or personal information. A modern menu system will allow users to navigate back to this page or go to the other two pages. At an incredible price of £99 that includes your own domain name, online email functions based on your domain name, search engine optimisation and a statisics monitoring system as standard. How Long will it Take?

It can take as little as 5 days to create your site but it all depends upon how fast you can provide me with your information to populate it. The average time is about a week from start to the moment your site goes live. As the your website is being built it will be uploaded to our test site for you view and watch it develop.

Website maintenance - FREE for 1st year

When I create your website, as part of the package I will pay for your domain name and hosting with one.com, an award winning web hosting company reknown for its reliability and service. This also covers administration charges, setup charges, domain name registration and maintenance. In addition I have also undertaken to do this for free for this period. So your website maintenance is entirely free for the first year of it's creation, and there are no hidden charges or monthly charges as you will find with many website design companies. So for this STARTER PLUS package all you pay is £149 and nothing more for the first year. I challenge you to find any other website developer that can match this price or the features I offer for that price.

What happens at the end of of the year of free maintenance?

Tekline Publishing does not own your domain name. You do! Nor does Tekline Publishing host your website but it is hosted by one.com. So these costs belong to you. Don't worry. For domain name maintenance it is only £6 per year, and hosting £10.80 per year. (Pricing excludes VAT). What will happen is that you will be contacted by one.com directly so each year all you have to pay is a total of £19.74 (including VAT) per year. That's it!

What about content maintenance? You may think you do need content maintenance but it will likely that you will because you may have prices included in your website or products that need to be updated. So I offer a low-cost content maintenance options and these are listed below.

Pay as you Go

If you think your website will not change and you prefer to work on an ad-hoc basis then just in case there is a need to make an alteration then this will only cost £10 per page as and when you require it.

Content Maintenance Only

This fee is paid on the anniversary of website and only once a year and covers the maintenance only of existing content for one year. This does not cover your hosting or domain maintenance which you pay yourself but you can opt for the Full Maintenance Option that will cover that for you.

Full Maintenance

If you prefer I can handle everything for you and administer your account with the hosting company on your behalf. I offer therefore a Full Maintenance option that will cover the maintenance of domain name, hosting charges, Tekline Publishing administration and existing content for one year. This fee is paid on the anniversary of website
